Rustin's journey is defined by an exceptional career in the United States Army, where he rose to the rank of Command Sergeant Major — one of the Army's highest enlisted positions. Over more than a decade of service, he led organizations of up to 1,700 personnel, managed budgets exceeding $17M, and served as a senior advisor on a $100M multinational exercise spanning 13 nations. His leadership has consistently transformed underperforming teams into top-ranked organizations. Rustin's deep experience in program management, operations, and strategic leadership brings a powerful foundation to Grunfeld Defense and continues to shape our commitment to excellence in everything we do.
